A place where time slows down.

In our restaurant, every dish tells the story of Fattoria Gaia Pietra. The recipes follow seasonality and highlight the products of our land: garden vegetables, goat cheeses, extra virgin olive oil, preserves, and wines from our vineyards. The farm stay is a haven of tranquility where nature, hospitality, and good cuisine come together. Whether you come for a lunch, a weekend, or a celebration, here you will always find warmth, simplicity, and authentic flavor.
